Cancellation Policy

CONSULTATION FEES

Our office requires a non-refundable deposit fee for consultations. This fee will be applied toward any procedure scheduled within 90 days of your consultation.

Aesthetician consultation fee: $50

DR/PA/NP consultation fee: $75

Surgical consultation fee: $100

IN-OFFICE NON SURGICAL COSMETIC PROCEDURES OR AESTHETIC TREATMENTS

Full payment is due at the time of procedure.

We understand that emergencies happen, and in such cases, we will gladly accommodate you with a new appointment date.

Please note that cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled non-surgical procedure are non-refundable.

SURGICAL PROCEDURES

  • A $500 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to reserve your surgery date and time. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your surgery. Surgery dates will not be reserved without this deposit. If the surgery is canceled, the deposit will be forfeited to Regenesis Wellness + Medspa.
  • The remaining balance is due in full at least 14 days (two weeks) before your scheduled surgery date.
  • If payment is not received in full at least 14 days prior, the surgery will be canceled or postponed, and a new $500 surgery fee will be required to reschedule.
  • If surgery is canceled within 10 days of the scheduled date, 50% of the total amount paid will be forfeited.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 business days before the scheduled surgery.
  • No refunds for no-shows.
  • Once your surgery is scheduled, please make every effort to avoid cancellations.

  • All Major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) – a 3% surcharge fee applies
  • CareCredit & Cherry (subject to provider terms)
  • Cash
  • Personal Checks

A 3% surcharge fee will be applied to all credit card payments and payment plans.

A $75 fee will be charged for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or for no-shows!

Regenesis Wellness + Medspa Refund Policy

At Regenesis Wellness + Medspa we do not issue refunds for any products, packages, or services that have rendered. By consenting to treatment, clients acknowledge and accept this condition.

If a package or series of treatments has begun, the services will be considered rendered, even if the full series is not completed. If you choose to discontinue treatment, a partial credit may be issued. The regular cost of the services already provided will be deducted from the total package price, and any remaining balance will be credited accordingly. However, discounted pricing will not apply to individual treatments if the full package is not completed.

If no services have been rendered, you may request a cancellation and refund. A refund will be issued; however a $100 fee will be deducted from the total amount originally paid to compensate for staff time and commitment.

Please note that Groupon vouchers are non-refundable under any circumstances.

INSURANCE AND COSMETIC SURGERIES, PROCEDURES, AND PRODUCTS

Cosmetic surgeries, procedures, and products are not covered by health insurance!

COMPLICATIONS AND UNSATISFACTORY RESULTS

Postoperative complications are rare and uncommon. However, should postoperative complications arise necessitating care at an emergency department, a hospital admission, additional surgery, anesthesia, laboratory tests, etc., patients are responsible for any and all charges incurred.

Although good results are expected, there is no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, of the results that may be obtained for any service, procedure or product performed or sold.

Perceived lack of improvement in a person’s condition does not translate into any type of refund.
